Toon Blast review
Toon Blast is a special match-two puzzle game for kids which hardly can be regarded as creatively different and innovative one, but it is rather sticking. If you set out somewhere and your trip is going to take too much time, download this game and be sure your children will be occupied all the time. You can adjust the difficulty of the game and provide your kid with adventure that he can cope with. In general, there are plenty of levels.
Every level includes its particular goals and tools needed to reach them. You are expected to get certain achievements. On the screen, there are two blocks with colored bricks which should be cleared. Matches provide in-level bonuses. You get rockets which can destroy a row or column and bombs blowing up almost all around. There are also disco balls destroying bricks of the same color. To apply those abilities, you should think over strategy, but in general, it is easy to play. You can get all above tools in limited availability from the very start as a specific bonus for free. When you use them, you are expected to spend in-game coins on the additional set. By the way, there is local currency - coins which can be purchased in 6 packs starting at £1.99 for 100.
Cartoon world is charming here. It is packed with exotic and regular animals like a friendly bear, wolf, or rubber ducks. Even malicious characters look like cuddle toys vivified to play with you. Here you will appreciate a rich gameplay represented in an easy to pick up format. Visuals are really very beautiful just for kids at the age of 5 and older. The package is great. You will find here in-game music, old-school cartoons.
The game can play across various devices and is linked with the Facebook account. But it provides limited energy and requires in-app purchases to improve the results. You can buy abilities or lives for coins. When you start, you have five lives. If you run out, there are two solutions: to wait out a timer or buy them. Though, initially, the game is free-to-play.
- Funny graphics with amazing plot make this game addictive;
- Nice soundtrack.
- Too many in-app purchases providing success in the game;
- It can be difficult for children to play without adults.
