Google Drive is a useful application that allows users to save various important documents on the cloud. The application is free to download, but it contains in-app purchases. Google Drive was created by Google especially for the people who need to save or share various files. You can easily transfer important documents, and then share them with other people. Google Drive allows you to create multiple folders and manage files. In addition, Google Drive can be accessed from any device. All you have to do is to login to your Google Drive account in order to access your files. The app is available for download on iOS and Android platforms. You can also access Google Drive with the help of any Internet browser.
How Can I Use Google Drive?
First of all, Google Drive allows you to create a massive storage of different kinds of documents. You can save photos, videos, pdf files, presentations, books, and so on. It should be mentioned that you can create various folders and sort your files into groups. If you need to do so, you can share your folders or files with other people. You can send them the invitational link or type their email address in the required field.
After you start the application, you will be able to see a few sections. For example, the first section is called “Home”. There you can see the last opened files. You can tap the “Three dots” icon next to the each file in order to get more features. For example, you can tap “Share” button, add the file to “Starred”, make the file available offline (download it on your device), copy link of the file or make a copy of your file, rename it, show file location, or add it to your home screen so you could access it without starting Google Drive.
You can go to the “Starred” page. There you will be able to see all the “Starred” files. It is a useful feature especially if you deal with many files, but want to access the important ones within a few taps. The next section allows you to see files that were shared with you. You can also sort all the files there by the shared date, name, “last modified”, “last modified by me”, “last opened by me”. The last section is called “Files”. It allows you to see files on your Google Drive. In order to add more files, tap the + button at the bottom right corner.
